Scope :

The development of new materials is an important step towards opening up of emerging markets. These materials may be of different origins, their characterization is essential to optimize and control processes for the implementation of industrial parts. This characterization will interest both the original material than the final material.

Reactive processes are very interesting to expand the range of use of new materials. With these processes, we can modify the properties of thermoplastics but also use Rubber and thermosets.

The optimization of processes and precise knowledge of phenomena related to the implementation are necessary to obtain good quality pieces with the desired properties. In this context, numerical simulation has become an indispensable tool in accelerating the development phase and optimize process parameters.
